I believe in life-giving and life-changing therapeutic journeys. I have experienced sacred teachings and conscious guides (those who are also doing their own healing) who have allowed me to gather up fragmented pieces of myself, show up for myself, and emerge with a deeper and wiser knowing. Now, I want to help other women become lighter and freer so that we may share more of our authentic light in the world. As one of my dear teachers, Michael Malone, always says, “The world needs your unique constellation of energy.” 

In recent years, I have experienced giving birth as an older first-time momma and grieving the loss of another precious babe through miscarriage. These journeys have affirmed the wisdom of pre and perinatal birth work for our babes and for ourselves. This work is potent no matter our age or stage of life. 

So, I humbly offer you my experience and study as stepping stones to gently accompany you through your present season of womanhood.
