Welcome, friends.

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I am an advocate and educator for pre and perinatal birth psychology. My toolbox is vast and my passions many.

My specialties surround the time before, during, and after birth. It is from these places that we can lean in and find greater wholeness and coherence in our daily lives.

My offerings weave together components of these unique modalities:

  • Pre and Perinatal Support

  • Personal Transformation Sessions

  • Grief Recovery

  • Personal Birth Empowerment Sessions

  • Calm Birth Meditation for Pregnancy and Childbirth Support

  • Advanced Heart Centered Hypnosis.

I work with women from all backgrounds and in all stages of life.

You don’t need to be pregnant or have children to benefit from this incredible work. What occurs before and during birth impacts not only our lives but future generations as well.

I love to come alongside women and hold space for exploration in our various seasons of life.

Together, we can discover how to listen to our bodies, tune into our innate wisdom, dare to have uncomfortable conversations, and glory in our sisterhood.

These are sacred times that we are living in.

May we have the courage to be present to ourselves, which allows us to access more wholeness and more coherence. From this space we can meet our lives and relationships with greater consciousness and love. We can discover and live from our wise selves as we move from being the victims of our lives to being more fully empowered. How would our lives change if we lived from this vantage point of empowerment?

“If you look deeply into the palm of your hand, you will see your parents and all generations of your ancestors. All of them are alive in this moment. Each is present in your body. You are the continuation of each of these people.”
